About > Presentation

The symposium aims at presenting examples of synergies between modelling, computational and experimental approaches for the understanding of the molecular mechanisms in life sciences.

This one and a half days meeting will be an opportunity to discuss the most exciting challenges lying ahead in that field presenting different highlights from French groups and four international speakers. A wide range of topics will be presented including:

  • integrative structural biology from cryoEM and mass spectrometry data,
  • molecular dynamics of molecular machines,
  • molecular design,
  • deep learning in structural bioinformatics,
  • coevolution analyses,
  • mathematical modeling of molecular assemblies up to the cellular scale.

We hope through multidisciplinary talks to disseminate a broad understanding of the field, even for participants at early stages of their careers or new to the field.

The meeting is supported by the French National Alliance for Life Sciences and Health (Aviesan) and will take place at BioPark auditorium in Paris which can host up to 100 participants, providing opportunities for extensive interactions among participants in a friendly and comfortable environment.

Registration is free but mandatory.
